The UW’s 2019 Earth Day event will be Monday, April 22 at the HUB from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. The theme for this year’s Earth Day is “Engage for the Earth.”
There are also dozens of additional Earth Week events happening across all campuses of the UW. Many events are focused on action, equity, diversity and environmental justice, with the recognition that many communities have traditionally been excluded from the environmental movement.
We would appreciate any help in sharing the Earth Day event and Earth Week calendar on social media or other channels. Attached you will find a variety of images for sharing, as well as a printable poster.
