Services & Activities Fee Committee
This is the committee that decides what huge areas get funding directly from tuition dollars – Hall Health, ASUW, GPSS, D Center, ECC, HUB, Q Center, recreational sports, student publications, etc. This is committee has a historically homogeneous demographic because the application pool is usually very small in terms of diversity. I would love to see as many perspectives as possible in this second round of appointments. This money comes directly from your tuition (Services & Activities Fee)
Fridays 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM beginning 11/04
Student Technology Fee Committee
The name is misleading – you do not need to know ANYTHING about technology to be on this committee. In fact, I would prefer someone without tech experience since everyone currently sitting on the committee is from tech heavy departments. This committee funds basic necessities such as computer labs and printers but also high tech camera equipment and 3D printers. This money comes directly from your tuition (Student Tech Fee).
Monday 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM beginning ASAP
