Carl is an international student from China and he grew up in a small city called Xiangtan in the center of China. He likes to work out, run, and ride bicycles. He has finished two full marathons and one half marathon in last two years. And he once rode a mountain bicycle from Seattle to Portland in two days by himself! He is an outgoing and friendly guy who always wants to make more friends and knows more about the world from people. He is also very passionate about improving the urban environment and planning back home in China. So that’s why he is so into the CEP program and eager to have more knowledge on urban planning and environment.
