Po Hu
Currently majoring in CEP with a minor in Urban Ecological Design, Po is passionate about urban site design and how successful landscape projects can bring positive changes to both the urban dwellers and the urban environment in the process of urbanization. He agrees with the idea that a good design not only passively serves its users but actively changes them. He strongly believes that the physical features of a city can decide its citizens’ well-being and its prosperity. Po comes from a fast-growing city in China where he notices that many elements of traditional culture have been marginalized or even destructed due to the fast urbanization process. He hopes to tackle this issue in his future career.
