Maria Carlson

Maria is a junior in the CEP major with a focus in sustainable development. She grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where her passion maintain the beauty, stability, and functioning of nature was, and still is, inspired. She currently is an outreach volunteer with the UW’s Campus Sustainability Fund, a student run organization that provides grants to support sustainable-minded projects on campus. Maria looks forward to advancing her studies of sustainable-minded practices by participating in internship experiences and studying abroad.Sustainable development, environmental law and policy
