Why did you choose CEP? I chose CEP because I felt like I could pursue all my interests and tailor my degree to fit my focus. Coming into CEP, I knew I wanted to make a difference in cities and the people who live in them but didn’t have a clear idea on how I wanted to make that impact. Luckily the core classes available and the freedom of choosing methods courses led me to find a few focuses I’m passionate about and learn so much about different aspects that play into planning.
Favorite Place in Seattle and Why?: Gasworks is for sure one of my favorite places in Seattle! I love visiting there with friends and seeing the gorgeous view of the city across from the water as well as the occasional impromptu fire and light shows that happen there.
It’s the future, all humans are being transitioned to hybrid animals so we’ll stop being so destructive. What two animals would you combine? I would combine an owl and otter to be able to fly, swim, & walk on land.
