Adam Matza

Adam was born in Redmond, WA in 1982. He spent seven years in the military from 2006 to 2013, after getting out he started attending North Seattle College (NSC). During this time, he worked in the Veterans Affairs Office as a work-study and volunteered for the NSC Environmental working group, Initiative 732 campaign, and EarthCorps. He transferred to the University of Washington and was accepted into the major of Community, Environment, and Planning (CEP) to focus on environmental issues and regional planning. In his career, he hopes to help make Seattle a model for environmentally sustainable practices, policy, and infrastructure.
