Kiana Ballo

Kiana is a senior in CEP at the University of Washington. In addition to CEP, she is pursuing a minor in Urban Design and Planning. Kiana is a co-point of our Communications committee, which ensures the website and social media are always updated and looking great. Kiana is also an active member of her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi. Kiana is interested in the way people interact within our natural and built environments, focusing on shoreline and park planning.

This summer, she worked for the City of Westport on updating their shoreline, parks and comprehensive plans. Kiana will be continuing her work with Westport for her senior capstone where she will be designing and building a city park.

After her internship, Kiana spent a month abroad in Amsterdam, Netherlands studying Tolerance, Difference and Identity.
