RE 598 A – Sustainable Development & Regional Economics will be offered winter quarter 2019.  The instructor, A-P Hurd, president of Skipstone, founded the Runstad Center Affiliate Fellows program with retired director & faculty member George Rolfe in 2009.

RE 598 Sustainable Development & Regional Economics is an interdisciplinary course that looks at what it takes to build urban regions that have strong and sustainable economies over the long term. The course looks at classical and behavioral economics principles with to understand how cities make policy and business decisions about job creation, conservation, development, infrastructure investment and urban planning.
