Jordan is a Quileute Tribal member who’s experience being a Native American living in the city shaped his interest in how planning policies can be used to help foster urban Native Americans communities. For his senior project he is testing outreach methods that incorporate Native American’s storytelling traditions into public outreach to create recommendations to the city on conducting Native American outreach. He is also interested in how land use impacts the sustainability of cities, as well as how affordable housing can be implemented at a policy level.
